Sightseeing in Hangzhou
During the summer holidays, I went to Hangzhou, where I spent three wonderful days with my parents.
On the morning of the first day, we went boating on the West Lake, which was very beautiful. And the water of the West Lake was so clean that I could see my reflection. Then in the afternoon, we went to visit the three man-made islands that were surrounded by a lot of trees. Attracted by the beautiful view, I had many photos taken standing there. In the evening, we went to the Wushan Square and I found many foreigners there. After having a walk on the Square, we went back to the hotel and had a good rest.
The second day we visited the Lingyin Temple in the morning. There were so many people in the temple praying for good luck. In the afternoon, we went to the Leifeng Pagoda, which has a moving love story about Bai Shuzhen and Xu Xian. What interested me most was the lake side. So in the evening, we went back to the West Lake and took a walk along the lake side, enjoying the soft wind and the sunset.
The last day, we visited the Baochu Pagodao and went shopping in the Silk Town. I was thrilled by so many beautiful clothes made of silk, and we bought many souvenirs.
What a beautiful city it is!
