Students should form healthy eating habits.
As we all know, we are what we eat. Therefore, it’s very important for us to form healthy eating habits.
However, it is common that students have bad eating habits. Many students don’t have breakfast, and they like to eat snacks and are particular about food. Some of them eat or drink too much sometimes. These bad habits are harmful to health.
As a matter of fact, students should have good eating habits. We ought to eat various kinds of food, such as proper amounts of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, meat as well as rice. What’s more, having meals regularly is important, too.
In my opinion, students should develop good eating habits. Besides, doing some exercise is important as well. Only if we build up a strong body can we study better.
