The Ways to Keep Healthy
All of us want to keep healthy, but what can we do to keep fit?
First of all, we must have a balanced diet. In order to keep a healthy diet, we’d better eat more fruit and vegetables, for have a large amount of fiber and vitamins. Meanwhile, we should eat less butter, cheese and chocolate as well as coffee that contains a lot of sugar and fat, which will cause you become fatter in a short period.
Secondly, we must attach great importance to our daily habits. We ought to do some regular sports, have enough sleep. We should give up smoking and stay away from tiredness.
In my opinion, it is easy to keep healthy if you can follow my advice. There’s an old saying goes like this “eat an apple a day, keep the doctor away”.
